Once known as Slagershof.com, this historic house was reborn in 2024 by chefs Lotte and Matthias. During renovations, they uncovered menus from 1998—inspiring a revival of forgotten recipes like eiergerechten met truffel (truffled egg dishes) and hoofdschotel vis with North Sea catch.
